Venligt personale
Vi skulle selv redde op til vores datter og måtte ned i receptionen for at bede om sengetøjet til det, selvom vi havde bestilt til tre personer på værelset

Had a gym and scale which is what we needed as well as a nice lounge area.

Enormous room with so many extra touches for travelers. Staff was very friendly and kindly gave us some yogurts in the evening since we were leaving at 4am. Steps from the Skytrain which made getting to airport so easy!
Only suggestion would be they could use better lighting for makeup application in bathroom - it was a bit dim.

Location to the convention center was perfect. Room was clean and updated.
Coffee was horrible, eggs were super runny. Had to pay 35 a night to park my car at a hotel that doesn't offer a pool or onsite restaurant. WTH?

The front staff were super nice and helpful. My kids were super hyper and the manager went over and asked my children if they wanted to color on the screen on the wall in the lobby. The room was clean and quiet. I didn’t hear any neighbors the entire time we were there. The trundle couch worked perfectly for our kids. Location was super convenient with proximity to the airport. It was a great experience and will choose to stay here again.
Bathtub did not have stopper, my kids are bath takers so it would have made it easier to clean them but not a huge negative.

Easy to get between Rental Car return, a hotel and the ATL airport.
Not enough bright light in the bathroom to see details in the mirror

The room was fine
I had to change rooms. The first room, someone seemed to have went in there. And the second room, the door won’t close. It was disappointing to say the least but thankfully the receptionist at the front was able to help me. Still, I wouldn’t go back.

Clean, convenient, safe
Our flight was at 6 am. There is not any coffee/juice , apples/bananas or breakfast/to-go bags to take. No complementary breakfast anything for people who fly out early in the morning.
The staff did there job, but didn’t really go the extra mile. Not even a smile. When we asked questions, like how to get to the tram or for blankets, they appeared bothered with us. It made us wonder why we stayed at this hotel versus other ones on the same street.

We were in College Park for our first Atlanta Dream game!!! Awesome experience!!!! The location was GREAT!!!! We were later than I wanted to be checking in, only enough time to change clothes in the lobby bathroom, then head over to the game. We were hungry when we got to the hotel at 11pm, the staff gave us a menu for one of the best pasta/pizza/burger places in town! They delivered to the hotel, their food was great, large portions as well!!!
I didn't like that I had to put a key in something to work the power (if you take the key out, it turns EVERYTHING off), simple light switches work great!! It took me half the night, literally to figure out how to work the power in the room. Maybe that should be explained a little better at check in (put the key in the slot and leave it).
The sink in the room with the toilet was stopped up.
There was no free parking (not quite sure how I missed that when booking), it was $35/night. Ridiculous, especially when I'm paying $187/night for a room. When the woman checking us in asked if I needed to pay for parking, she sounded a little condescending when she told me how much it was a night. It didn't really matter how much it was, I drove my car there-we weren't dropped off and there were no other options to park, if there was, she didn't tell me about it.
I had asked for a late check out when I booked, but never received a confirmation message. So we got up early and were leaving at 11 anyway. We were parked out back in the customer parking lot, that I paid $35 for, when trying to use my key to go back in the building to get the rest of our stuff, the key wouldn't work, it wasn't even 10am. We had to walk around the building twice, just to get our things from our room. I went down to the front desk to ask if I needed to do anything else to check out, the woman at the desk was on her personal phone, and seemed unpleased that I had interrupted her conversation for a second.
I prepaid for the room, but when I checked in she charged my card twice. I'm going to assume it was for incidentals and parking...again, to me, was ridiculous.
All in all, the basketball was worth the night and we will be back in College Park for another game but should we stay the night again, it would probably be at a different hotel.

The facilities were spotless. Our room was just as pictured. The breakfast in the morning was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. We were literally walking distance to the sky tram. The staff, especially Amy, were all so nice and helpful.
The bed was not comfortable. It felt like someone put a board under the mattress and pushed up the middle. I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa couch. Parking was $35.00 a day, which I thought was really expensive considering what we paid for our room.

How close it was to the convention center.
On the website it said parking was $20 a night, when I got here I was charged $35 a night. If knowing that I wouldn’t have stayed here.
