Horrific Experience at the Travel lodge.

Theirs nothing I like about this property

The first room I had was dirty and had and stinky smell the second room was ok but the blankets was dirty and the property had people hanging around outside looking more like and apartment complex and not only that I was only in my room for 15 min before someone was shooting right outside my room We was terrified and had to hide in the bathroom until we heard no more gun shots their are no security guard no police ever arrived The staff did not care at all about anyone's safety instead the manager was chasing an unknown male around the property screaming at him I Would never stay there again I don't recommend this property to anyone unless you ready to lose your life. Booking. Com need to be ashamed and held accountable because they have this property on there website without sending someone to check out the property making sure it ok for when people book their trip through them that goes for every property that's on their website poor service on both ends.

I didn’t like the room at all my bathroom was very messed up like it paint problem and I like to receive my funds because I was upset and very unhappy

An awful experience.

The entire facility smelled like weed from the time i exited my car in front of the office, the office itself, the room reeked. I asked for another room, it was worse. I used a whole can of Lysol spray of every surface in the room and could not eliminate the smell. The office attendant had been smoking weed. individuals walking around the hotel were smoking. The room was not very clean. If I weren't traveling alone I would not have stayed but I thought I could manage for one night. I couldn't sleep for the smell. at 1:00 am a woman knocked on my door looking for someone named AP.

TV not working. Remote to tv not available. Room was used earlier the day and still sold to me. Full of cigarettes odor and I was told no smoking room.

More security. It is so many people walking at night. It looks different in the day time. Noone is outside. As soon as night falls the freaks come out. NEEDS MORE SECURITY!

The room could have been disinfected. There was a smoker before us and the smoke was in the air and in every fabric in the room. Lysol would be 👍

Worst hotel we've ever stayed at (don't stay here if you have children or safety concerns)

The room we stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke, we requested a new clean room but received a room with cigarette burns and shoe marks all over the sheets. The room had holes in the roof, there was a large fist size hole in the bathroom door, our feet were black from the dirt and filth on the floors, and the room had a extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke that me and my husband both got headaches from it. Our room door lock didn't work, as it seemed a previous guest has broken it completely off from the outside. Don't stay here if you have children or have safety concerns, this is not a safe property.

Very dirty, sink and bath had not been cleaned. Marks on bedsheets. Smelt of smoke. Used bar of soap in room. Door didn’t lock. Very dodgy area.
