Dark / depressing and considering the price the room was v small

The staff is really nice

The carpet is super dirty after 1 minute of my daughter running around barefoot her feet were black and some parts of carpet were wet

I love everything about the stay

Only thing was the tub was a little dirty

Rate is reasonable

The room was nice and big, but this time there was no door separating the second bedroom from the living room. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. This was my second time at this location and both times the air conditioning didn’t work. This time I stayed during July and for my two nights it’s was 83 degrees in the room. My children and I were sweating and could barely sleep. There is only one fan and it doesn’t help at all. I complained from the time I entered the room until finally I got upset and requested to move rooms. I was told they were all booked and that the building I stayed in, had a problem with the air conditioning and they knowingly still rented out those rooms. Ashely the night worker who has been there for ten years told me that. I like to stay with this brand but I most likely will not with this location. Finally they gave me one night free, even though I complained and called constantly both nights and my small children were crying because they were so hot. We wanted a nice relaxing hotel with extra space and ended up getting a big hot box.

Room was wonderful. Staff outstanding. Very nice breakfast.
