Everything was exceptionally clean ,really clean. Staff was very friendly and very convenient for me visiting my granddaughter at naval base.

The mattress must have been wore out cause me and sister kept rolling to middle of bed. Needless to say my back was miserable next day.. but that was only negative thing I have to say. Thank you

Smoke detector sounded at night in my room. There is only 1 person on duty and that I'd the person at the counter. I had to remove the battery to shut off the alarm. Unacceptable for not having a maintenance person on site at night time.

Wish they had a better food selection.

Fruit and coffee are available all day. Staff friendly and helpful. Access to self-wash laundry is excellent. Free water.

Breakfast was poor. Just a snack. The only hot food was pork..need the option of beef or turkey sausage.

Everything about the hotel was very nice. Staffing was kind and very supportive.

We didn't like the fact that there wasn't any pool on site.

The location was near plenty of restaurants.

I had to ask for toilet paper and hand soap.

Booking didn’t reserve my room, I had to buy room when I got there. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Won’t be using booking again.
