we stay here a lot. needs to be a little cleaner!!!but over all we like staying here

it was a nonsmoking facility but the hallway with the office stunk like smoke, also nobody cleaned my room the whole time I was there. I could tell they came in because the towels were folded but my bed was not made and the trash was not taken out.

It was great for what I needed it for.

The breakfast was sugary choices, nothing healthy.

When I hear guests yelling out their doors to other obnoxious guests to “shut the eff up”, you know the hotel has zero control over bad behavior of inconsiderate patrons. This hotel offered zero intervention of a large group of people who didn’t care that they ruined a peaceful night’s rest for everybody on the second floor. The maid service is poor, no clean towels, no toilet paper, (and I even asked for toilet paper) and we ended up having to buy our own!! I will never stay here again. I want my money back because this was literally a nightmare for me.

Breakfast was lackluster. On Sunday morning, the egg pan was e.pty when I entered and was not refilled while I was in the dining area(approx 30 min). On Monday morning, a guest brought their dog into the dining area. This was not a service animal. Overall quality of the food was not what I would expect from a Baymont property.

I was very put off by the dog being allowed in the dining area. Food should have been refilled and hot.

cleanliness needs updated can’t stream on the outdated tv no screens on the windows spiders and crickets all throughout the halls needs a power wash the food was terrible and there was a guy tweaking out in the parking lot for at least an hour
