Excellent location adjacent to the river walk. Clean, comfortable accommodations at the best value I’ve found from the east coast to Kansas.

the property was quiet and safe, private and clean. the staff were very pleasant to work with ALWAYS positive and considerate of the guests they were accepting to my disability needs without judgement. in the end of my stay I was provided a receipt for a credit back to me for 1 night of my stay to rectify the unresolved issues at hand during my stay.

My TV service didn't work 98% of my visit and I constantly had to bug the staff to get it fixed my entire stay and my kitchen sink had a leak underneath I made sure to keep a towel underneath and was never fixed on my stay. I had to wait for my 1 night credit/refund back to my account they promised me upon my departure (I was provided a receipt for proof of the credit coming to me and was told it was processed immediately that moment).

Front desk person, Victor was very nice. We ask for extra linen twice, and he was prompt and courteous and bringing it.

The website said they offer breakfast, which is no longer offered. It would be nice if it were removed from the website.

The coffee bar is great, the Location was great, I was really looking forward to staying in this location. Front desk was not available much but When I did talk with a staff members- they were nice.

I do not believe the room was cleaned prior to my stay. I did take photos & video of: Childs clothes & hanger left in closet, Childs toy-blue ball under my bed, crumbs-child snacks on floor, child size brown hair clip on shower curtain, lip/hand marks clearly left on long mirror in my bedroom room, trash behind couch (I was looking for another outlet), outlet in my room did not have cover, HVAC metal cover was not screwed into wall, in other room- I cleaned feces off closet shelf…. Thus why I stayed in the other room, 1 roll toilet paper in my bathroom, only 1 washcloth between both bathrooms. The couch needs to be clean, the area rug needs replaced because odor of pet urine. I write down & gave all this info to front desk & told them - they did not offer any discount or compensation. I would encourage that the kitchen has a full 4 set of dishes (had 2 bowels, 4 plates, you get point- dishes/silverware amounts were limited and was not a set of 4). I made this work because it was my daughters baby shower and there was no where else to stay due to River Fest had started. I would like a reimbursement, or something and someone to reach out to me. I waited to complete this survey so I did not complete with frustration and be more objective. I have additional pics & video upon request. I posted a few.

Spacious and clean

The sheets did not fit the bed at all, like they were 2 sizes too small. So we ended up sleeping on the mattress pad, which kind of creeped me out.

I like the comfort and the space of a home with the kitchen and living room and washer and dryer.

There were no bath towels in the bathroom. I had to go ask for them. Also considering there is a full kitchen to cook in there we're no cooking utensils and was told they did not have any.

The location was convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice.

I know it’s not the property manager’s fault but the grounds were covered in dog poo.

Hotel was great. Clean, lots of amenities. The kitchen even had dishes in it.

Staff took 30 minutes to get to the front desk to check us in. There was a sign up for a while about assisting someone else but no one answered whenever we tired calling the number they left and when someone did finally show up he seemed less than interested in helping us.

I love yje rooms they were nice and clean.

The online description is nothing like the actual place there is not spa like it says or any breakfast that was also in the describtion.

-the gym description was misleading since there isn't a gym onsite, only passes -an extra blanket or roll out cot would serve well for bringing 2 adult children since the couch is small

It was clean the 1st night was comfortable and great. You had everything you need including washer and dryer.

For less then the price I could have gotten a suite and had somewhere to go swimming. A jetted tub even. But I chose there because it was gated and I was had funerals to attend, so family heirlooms would be given to us. The 1st night was great. the second was hell. I get that there are games and they are exciting. people want to celebrate. 12 people outside your window drinking, yelling, and listening to loud music. we complained to the front seat at midnight. At this point we had to be on the road at 5:30 am. Front desk did nothing this continued till 3 am. You do the math we were late and drove home exhausted in high winds. Oh and a smaller party in the lobby.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, clean, close to everything we wanted to do. For the value it would be hard to beat. First time staying in this type of apt setting, wish this was offered in every bigger town we travel too. I can't find fault with anything.

The only thing was we had trouble getting thru the gate at night, but luckily someone was behind us that helped us with the process. It wasn't made clear how to get in the gates. But for us this was minor.
