clean and good breakfast

you took out the hot tub and this is a must for us. This means we will be looking for a new hotel to stay at unfortunately as we do like this hotel.

Rooms were nice and clean

That you could smell weed in the hallways ... My kids couldn't even go swimming because of all these other kids in there and not sharing at all their parents were nowhere to be seen ... Yelling in the hallways 11pm

Nothing, booked my nights only to get there and ya'll didn't take PayPal yet its a DEBIT CARD! We had to make last min booking with another Hotel n ended up more! We also had same problem bout 2 months ago with your company which was disappointing cause we preferred Best Western!!

Breakfast was the only disappointing thing about my stay. Room was great—really clean. Staff was great. Pet fee was reasonable.

The breakfast was substandard. Sausage rubbery and eggs and potatoes cold.

No issues whatsoever with the staff, They are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

Property is becoming a bit rundown. Sketchy drunk people in the parking lot and the lobby the first night. Room was ok but we ran out of hot water twice and they really need to replace the grossly stained window curtains.

Everything was ok but I booked it for the convenience of everything around it, and under the impression that that jacuzzi was functioning… I will call locations ahead of time next time.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Beds were a little hard but tolerable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Pillows were great. The best part was the staff. The gal at check-in, was so helpful in helping us find some late night food since we had been driving all day. The morning staff and the breakfast attendant were perfect. . So friendly and helpful. Will stay again. Easy on and off the freeway too!

Nothing to say that was bad. great value and a very comfortable stay.
