quite a few things had “out of order” signs on them. The breakfast was prepackaged, third party items that were just horrible! the crew working the dining area could barely speak English so asking for something that wasn’t out was a real challenge, like “oat milk” was in the cooler, but regular milk wasn’t, then trying to get her to understand that the oat milk wasn’t milk…ugh! the coffee dispensers weren’t kept up, the washer was broken…for the price you pay to stay there, if the washer is broken and it can’t be fixed in a timely manner…replace it!!

it smell musky and the rooms didn’t feel fresh and clean. found some hairs in the blankets. and towels they gave us the pool towels in the front desk instead of the white towels

No complaints about the cleanliness. It was exceptionally clean! The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

It was too too close to the interstate!! Only a service road between the interstate and hotel! Other than that it was a great stay

Room is big and fairly clean.

We have not even spent one night here yet but several things not working. First, the washing machine is broken and not repair date in sight. We booked this hotel after 9 days on the road with time to do our laundry today. Then, HBO is not working. in both cases, the woman on the desk was completely disinterested and appeared unable to take any action. The hbo probably could be fixed with a reboot or something but she just shrugged her shoulders.

It was in a good location based on we’re I was visiting. It was clean.

There was confusion with my check out time. The housekeeper came knocking wanting to come in and clean. She removed my Do Not Disturb sign and slipped it under my door. Then the front office called asking if I needed to extend my stay. I proceeded to explain that my check out time was 1pm, the clerk said that the hotel had a check out time of 12pm. I told them I wasn’t ready to leave, she then said that she would notify the housekeeper and extend my stay. At check out, I offered to show her my confirmation. She then said that she had checked and knew that I had a later checkout. No apologies from anyone.

Not sure I looked at 6:16 am and just saw a lot of sugar donuts/ cereal apples

My toilet seat was very loose

convenient location

hallways smelled like sewage and some staff was unfriendly.
