We were unable to sleep due another guest on the same floor continuously slamming the door throughout the night. I did notify the front desk who did absolutely nothing.

A month after I checked out, someone charged my card (without my authorization) $50 to the hotel. I don’t know who charged it, but I’m not happy about it. I cancelled my card since it was compromised. It’s unfortunate.

We liked the location

The only problem we had was when we did not like pulling back the curtain to look out of the window and finding flying bugs in our window seal when we returned back to our room #428 from having a wonderful outing with family. When we checked into this room on Friday morning there were no bugs anywhere when we pulled back the curtain. We had to pack up and change to room #328 for the maintenance man to spray the bugs.

Looks exactly like the picture . & that bed .. babyyyyy that bed 🙌🏽 it was super comfortable . I want one for my room . The water got super hot which is a plus to me .

Room is a little small . The room had a mold mildew smell when we first arrived .. but overall was really clean . And I wish I had a microwave .
