It’s in a great location and staff was extremely polite and professional.
Although my room was clean for the most part, there was hair on my towels.

The window curtains were torn and dirty and we found clothes behind the chair near the window. Otherwise it is fine, the beds are very clean, towels, everything is well arranged. We always like this hotel chain.

Staff was friendly
We were notified of a upcoming water cut off for 10:00 am by a notice that was slipped under our door at some unknown time during the morning hours. Notice was not timely or sufficient and no compensation for inconvenience was offered.

comfort of room and bed with balcony
No smoking allowed not even on the balcony. This is absurd, I paid extra for a balcony to be able to smoke cigarettes, I understand no smoking inside the room, but the balcony too!? And the balcony "view" was of the roof and back parking lot.

The location was in a nice area close to the mall.
The space in the room was more than enough! It was very spacious. The only issue was the bathroom was remodeled quickly apparently. You could see where the caulk was clumped up trying to patch.
