our stay was comfortable with a great breakfast. the staff was very helpful.
We were there for only one night; but our card key had to be reloaded cause it stopped working.

Location
We were given a room that was soiled upon arrival. The room had bloody pillows, floors were not cleaned and the bed smelled of urine. We were given another room. It was decent but not the cleanest. We were too exhausted from the long 10 hour drive to even ask for something else.

The pool was really dirty. Green stuff in the pool. I was able to use the pool the entire two days that I was there

I stay twice a month in hotels thru the country. This time this hotel was not as nicer I was thinking. Stains of dirty everywhere including in doors walls floors etc . Walls decoration damaged in the main elevator entrance, also deteriorated as well rooms floor walls 2 to 1 star hotel.

The beds are so comfortable and clean, the front deak clerk Jasmine was efficient very professional and a delight. Our bill did seem off , we booked at 172.00 plus tax however i had 232.00 fro. My account, please check into this. I turned my keys in at 7:45 AM, if you could please check in to that. I was not given a statement when I turned in the key we truly love the Hampton and look forward to a stay soon in the future, for TAMPA, JECKELL ISLAND Ga Tallahassee, and Jacksonville two times as well as Tennesee. I appreviate your help Thank You Debra Schultz

BREAKFAST AND LOCATION WAS GOOD
WE WERE WITHOUT POWER FOR THE LAST 24 HOURS OF OUR STAY AND WE CUT OUR STAY SHORT DUE TO HAVING NO ELECTRICITY EVEN THOUGH THE HILTON HOTEL NEXT DOOR STILL HAD POWER. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT, BUT WHEN COULD YOU DO?

Location
After 2hrs in room had no power at all, no hot water, no hot breakfast, lasted for about 20hrs finally checked out day early. After no lights, no a/c, and no showers for 2 days. BUT YET ALL MOTELS, BUSINESSES, RESTAURANTS AROUND HAD THEIR POWER RESTORED AFTER ABOUT 3HRS, HOWS DOES THAT WORK. SOMETHING WAS ODD AND WRONG AND THE POWER CO. NORE THE HOTEL WOULD TELL US THE TRUTH. GLAD I left and went back to my old hotel, with no problems.
