albergo in posizione abbastanza comodo alle attrazioni della città ed all'entrata del parco. personale gentile e disponibile, macchina del caffè sempre accesa e lavanderia
stanze da rivedere e riammodernare, togliete quella maledetta moquette da terra!! La sala della colazione comodamente accessibile ha il limite della cucina a vista che fa molta puzza. il parcheggio è un pò sotto dimensionato

The room was large and clean. The lady that ran the front desk was so helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could mention her specifically.

The staff and the pool
The noise level was unbearable... the air controllers, the plumbing, and the non-existence of insulation between the walls and floors.

The location couldn’t have been better. The pool, although not lavish or huge, was as perfect for the kids. And I enjoy sitting in the hot tub while they swim. It was also very clean, and the woman making breakfast was so sweet. All of the staff was so friendly, we enjoyed our stay.
It’s a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

The temperature in building was too warm for me....hallway, dining room. The one elevator was soooooo slowwwww!

There needs to be a G.F. cereal offered. Suggestion would be Honeynut Cherrios. There were 3 of us that was G.F. one was smart and brought his own cereal.
Please realize more and more have celiac disease.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. She gave us a map and marked suggestions for dinner.
Available laundry facilities was a nice plus.
Location of the hotel was perfect for going back to Yellowstone the 2nd day. Beds were very comfortable.

Lite on desk didn't work well. Crazy light switch places. Need better hook ups for charging phones, computers when more than one person.

I was charged twice for the room, once by booking.com and once by the front desk, even after I told them I had already paid and showed the receipt. The concierge insisted I still had to pay at the front desk and that the card wouldn't be charged twice.

loved that you had fresh hot food.
one occasion there was a gentleman cooking ~ wiping nose then cooking :(. also if not cooking mopping floors in between ( not appetizing). hair not pulled back.
