office attendant wasn’t friendly. tried to tell me that I hadn’t paid when I had through Booking. one of the staff entered our cabin while we were out exploring Yellowstone. we were not informed before hand that they would be changing out towels.

The internet could have been better. Very spotty. Everything else was grand.

Parking is on gravel…so we parked our motorcycles on the street. We had reservations for our stay, but found the office closed at 6pm…had to wait about 20 minutes before we could check in. Receptionist not a hospitality role model. Very poor WiFi connectivity. Very small selection of Diect TV channels. It was comfortable…we were here for Yellowstone…not the motel.

The room was practical, beds comfy and very clean. We called in advance to warn that we would arrive late. The staff waited for us, so it was nice.

The hotel advertises WIFI but it did not work. We tried many times to connect and did not manage.

It is located just outside west gate of Yellowstone. So you dont loose valuable time in morning while entering the park. Also there are many restaurants, cheap eateries, and grocery nearby. We booked two rooms and stayed for three nights. It was comfortable.

AC didn't work for one room, but it was ok as night time temperature drops significantly.

This place is SO cute. It's a cabin like experience right out of the 50's. Modern and historic at the same time. It is probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The kitchen was perfect for a short stay for 2 people and the bathroom was large. We had the smallest unit and it was quite roomy. Bed really comfortable. About 4 blocks from downtown and 5 mins from Yellowstone.

The location of the motel was excellent, very close to Yellowstone west gate. The staff responded immediately to our request to get another room instead of a noisy one. The rooms we got were equipped with refrigerator, cooking and eating facilities and television. Opening hours of a supermarket not far from the motel fitted our needs ( 0700-2200).

The high price we had to pay to the motel....................................................................................................
