Didn’t care for the bed. Heating/air conditioning unit right next to bed. Bath area a bit cramped.

The staff were lovely. Accommodating, caring, friendly… perfect.
DO NOT STAY IF YOU ARE DISABLED. Their bathroom facilities do not have showers with adjustable shower heads. They are fixed and standard height. The shampoo/conditioner/soap set up is the same way; not moveable and too high. Alternative products not provided.
Additionally the entrance is painted with what appears to be an enamel paint. There is no grit or tooth in the mix making it dangerous to walk on especially if liquids are present. Very disconcerting.

Need a lot of updating. Elevator was very noisy. Very uncomfortable using elevator.

The breakfast selection and presentation was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful in explaining property details. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow! The Springhill Suite was beyond amazing! Hidden gem for sure. It’s so good almost don’t want to leave a great review so it gets busier lol. Seriously- the front desk staff, housekeeping staff, breakfast, room and location, 11/10! I felt both safe and welcome at all hours as a solo female.

I honestly can't say there was anything. I liked. I was very disappointed for a whole 4 star hotel. I wrote it a 2 and a 1/2.
Very noisy rooms the bathtub was a total disaster. Peeling the mirror was too high for a short people you couldn't see the mirror above the sink. The beds were not comfortable just over all disappointed was not a 4 star hotel.
