Lynn and the proximity to the bowling alley and restaurants..

The new girl at the desk Lynn was super friendly. The older woman traing her was not. Made a mistake booking a king when I needed a 2 queens. The older woman was very unhelpful and refused to change my room even when I offered to pay for it. Fast forward a few hours.. The rest of our group showed up, another desk receptionist switched my son's mom into a 2 queen room without question!!! Not to mention the first room they put me in had stains all over the headboard!!

Location was horrible,. We realize that the hotel cannot do anything about this. But location of hotel surrounded by many streets with very noisy cars/trucks. Several very loud pickup trucks seemed like going around and around until about 5 am. Did not sleep at all. All night. Had to get up early for our day of travel. Wasn't happy.

The only thing available was the waffle maker and some juice...I was not impressed or happy at all!!!

The continental breakfast was awful!!! I should've never woke up early to go and eat the breakfast they made. When I got downstairs I first tried to make a cup of coffee to wake up and there were no coffees available. People were waiting to get a cup as well and there were also no flavored creamers and the ones they did have must've been bad cause when I finally did get a cup of coffee and added them it was curdled on the top. So I ended up dumping that coffee and drinking some orange juice instead unfortunately. I went to make a plate of food next and the eggs looked terrible. One of the other customers who were staying there as well warned me that they tasted awful and crunchy...so that was a no go for me. There was no bacon or sausage available...no oatmeal. The only option I had were the waffles you have to make by pouring the batter into the waffle maker or the crunchy old looking eggs. I was very disappointed...I just didn't understand at 7:30am why there was no food available?? I've had plenty of continental breakfasts at other wonderful hotels and none were as empty and awful tasting as this one. I really wish I could've had a better experience for a decent breakfast to start my day!
