I liked the location of the property. I also liked the overall setup of the room I booked.

The TV in the room did not work. I notified the front desk. They never stated that it could be fixed but that a lot of their TVs were going out. They offered a discount on the room but at checkout this was not noted anywhere. I booked the room for 3 people, there were only 2 sets of towels in the room. We asked for more towels only to be told they had none to give. I was told that the room I booked was for 2 people only which was not correct, if so the site would not have allowed booking for 3. So my 13 year old had to use hand towels for showering and drying. It was hard to adjust the thermostat in the room so we went from one extreme to the other.

The air went out in room. The elevator was out. dead bugs on floor.

relatively close to the chophouse, which is absolutely delicious and the manager was the one who told us about it. Everything was good there the room was extremely comfortable.

The bed had a huge blood stain on it. I took a picture of it and showed it to management and I was told that nothing could be done because they were booked for the weekend. The towels were not clean at all. My wife had to go to Walmart to purchase new towels. Neither tv worked and I notified them at the front desk and I was told that they would be sending up someone to fix it but the maintenance guy never showed up. During this time, this area was under a tornado warning and a tornado actually struck and caused damage and we couldn’t even follow the local news. My room was also infested with ants. My wife and daughter were bitten. I told the front desk and they offered to change my sheets. They didn’t even offer bug spray. I had to purchase it myself. It was a terrible experience.

Couldn't see out of the window just a brick ball the place was dirty the whole building stunk never again nobody showed up the cook breakfast the people at the front desk had to cook and handle the front desk and that's pretty much it

Pretty much everything except for the front desk people they were very nice

Facilities beat down. No feather pillows. TV broke. Many items broken.

The pool wasn’t open, the workout room was closed, the TV didn’t work when we got there, we had to wait all nite for it to work, no extra blankets, no extra towels.
