No free breakfast, poor hours of operation and staff at the restaurant. The hotel needs a remodel. No 24 hour coffee in Libby. No microwave in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.

Our room was very close to the pool area and smelled like to pool. It was not really a bad thing just an unexpected smell. There was also an infestation of ants along the edge of the swimming pool area.

The staff had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in. My room smelled like an ashtray and they "didn't know" if switching rooms would solve the problem. The indoor pool was nice but it wasn't warm enough to enjoy with the kids.

The breakfast (which was not included) was pedestrian at best and went elsewhere. The location at the hotel was convenient but was not taken advantage of.

We found the signage that disallows food being brought from off premises quite amusing. First there wasn’t any area that would allow such consumption . The spartan accommodation’s in the common areas would not lend itself for such options. The present food purveyor has several issues that between taking forever to prepare extremely limited menus to offer that -we will stop with that. While most areas were well cleaned - do not drop a pillow between headboard and wall. Just filthy. Room looked like it could use some love- while mostly clean walls are marked and beat-up. Whoever did the physical layout of your rooms should reconsider the sparse amount of space between bed and walls, Very Un-accommodating.

Staff was amazing in both the hotel and the restaurant. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Food at the restaurant is kinda meh. And an email at 3am from the hotel with my checkout info was annoying. I know it's auto generated but Hilton can definitely afford to pay someone to adjust the time those go out.

Location. We’ve stayed here several times.

Well the main reason we stayed here was for the hotel bar. Only to go in it around 9:40 and they had already done last call on a Saturday night. Luckily I had a few beers up in my room. That’s the only reason I stayed there, was to go to the bar and watch football. That’s probably my last time staying there…😡

Very comfortable bed and bedding

The hotel manager promised me a reduction in price when I found dried blood all over the duvet of my bed, on top of the bathroom being covered in black mold. Because this was done through booking.com, they have since reneged. I will be disputing this transaction.
