Very good stay!

Great location! Close to shops. Very clean. The hotel was clean and even hall carpet and walls looked new. Staff was wonderful!

Needed more covers-probably could’ve asked front desk but didn’t.

Very nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel in the Hamburg area east of the city. We have stayed here a few times and always find it comfortable and convenient. This is very accessible to Man of War Boulevard and the interstate.

The only issue with this hotel is that it becomes very booked and crowded around the University of Kentucky schedule. My advice is to book early if you need accommodations during Move-in or Move-out.

The room was well-laid out and spacious. Nice having full size fridge. Bed was very comfortable.

The sofa has a very neat layout, but not very comfortable

I booked a king bed. our daughter sleeps in bed with us. my husband had an expensive important board exam the following day which is why we were there. when our room was finally ready (long wait we 1.5 hrs after stated check in time) we only had a single double bed. my husband ended up having to sleep on the couch.

convenient, friendly staff, not as good when it came to housekeeping.

It is in a convenient location near restaurants and shopping.

I requested room cleaning a day ahead of time for the second day of my 3 day stay. Although they received my request no one ever came to clean. Supplies were a little scarce and I had to request hand soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen. I also never received coffee refills since no one came to clean.

They paid close attention to the breakfast station. It never went empty for long.

I prefer a tub over just the shower.

Traveling with 4 adults and my dog. Needed to use the sofa bed, which was a real disappointment. The mattress had a hole in it and the underside was dirty, making me nervous about the bedbugs. Of course these pull outs are notoriously uncomfortable. Despite that, my dog and I slept well.
