We had a comfortable stay and found it good value for money. Room and all amenities were clean and worked as expected.

Although not a negative, the property is starting to show it’s age and could do with a refurb. Having said this, all amenities were in working order.

The furniture and bathroom were outdated. The carpets in the room and hallway smelled like mildew. There were several signs at the front desk including one about low water pressure and no breakfast. The furniture in the room was very old. The shower head was calcified and the water pressure was very low.. something in the sheets made me itch all night.

Great location right off Freeway

No water in tub/ shower upon arrival, called front desk and the attendant said " the city is working on it " ? Had driven 600 miles that day so took a small nap thinking the water situation would be resolved after I woke up , it was not . Called front desk and was offered a different room with working water .

Bathroom floor was quite dirty had probably not been cleaned for some time. toilet was also clogged, when reported to front desk they left plunger outside of door!

Thought the $35.00 rate for our small was on the high side.

The front desk was exceeded expectations. The service person Maria did an excellent job on the rooms cleanliness.

Reception staff seemed to have some difficulty in confirming rate. She said it was because I booked through booking.com...being a third party. Absurd. Also had to use a different CC because the one I wanted to use was not accepted...not sure if it was a technical problem or human laziness. For sure it was easier to change card...but what if I did not have another? Magnetic key was not working after first night...had to ask for re-coding...something at front desk does not work.

Comfortable. It had a nice kitchen with refrigerator.

Toilet would not flush. The Maintance man came with a plunger several times. It would flush until you put solids in the toilet. We moved to the room next door and it worked the same way.

Very new and clean. Loved the kitchenette. Nice room.
