The beds were comfy and all of the staff was nice and helpful EXCEPT FOR STEPHENIE.

I didn’t care for the carpet it was sticky I also would have preferred the sheets to smell like they have been washed. Every time I stay at this location the Front desk agent Stephanie is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. So it was 4:20 am when I was awoken to the police banging on my room door when I opened the police officer stated that the front desk has called for me to leave due to the constant noise disturbance but that was false I explained to the officer that I have not heard any noise disturbance since I arrived the officer stated that the Stephanie wants me to check out I told the officer I WAS NOT checking out because i have been sleeping since I arrived I am NOT the guest making the noise. Officer apologized and told me to have a good night. But I was not surprised EVERY single Time I stay there Stephanie always gives me a hard time.She must be holding some animosity against me since I work at that very same property almost ten years ago but I never had a problem with the girl so I don’t understand why she needs to create an issue at all.

Staff was polite. Not much else was good.

Outside access door were not locked all night. Fan in bathroom did not work. Walls and carpet seemed grungy. It needed a good paint job. Breakfast did NOT EXIST. I would pay extra somewhere else. Needs total makeover.

We liked how our room was in a separate building in the back by the pool and the guest laundry room was easy to locate

What we didn’t really care for were the homeless people hanging out by the pool at night or sleeping underneath the stairs.

Nothing had to ask for another room and saw a cockroach on the wall, and I also saw a big huge cracked by the AC window

See cockroach on the wall the bathrooms were not totally acceptable. It was a smell in the room as well.

There's a lot of parking space.

Roaches, the carpet stinks, the rooms stink, everything is infested with cockroaches.

Room was dirty out datedstaff not friendly got a disability. Room had to get a bucket to sit on no hose on shower head bath room just old old carpet very small t v one socket to run charge t old like door light not working door latch broken ropm301 for 115 00 a night total rip off never stay there again
