Breakfast was good. Location was excellent next to bike path and plaza was nice to experience.
Bathroom seemed a bit rundown, but linens and bath accessories were nice.

Location
Water coming thru ceiling. Uncomfortable furniture. Booking .com prevents us from getting a refund. That’s a mistake that we won’t make again. We checked out one day early.

the location is fantastic and there are great restaurants and shops right next door.
The lobby was clean, but every hallway, doorway, and room was not clean. the hotel smelled musty on arrival and every surface felt dirty. The beds were not comfortable, the toilet was not clean, and we couldn’t cool down the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked how the art / farmers market was in the hotel parking lot.
I checked in around 6:30pm dropped off my second floor smelled like weed. I returned back to my room around 12:30am to come back to my room at 91 degrees. we tried lowering it and it was stuck and would not move. Then it started smelling like pee was in the carpets. so we asked if someone could help with the thermostat and she said she would give us another room. she moved us to a smaller room on the 1st floor with a black stain right in front of the couch I jumped because I thought it was a huge bug. there was red food stains on the towel and shower curtain and to top it off the bed was not comfortable we could feel springs and it squeaked every time you moved.

I called the day before and requested an early check in after checking availability they said yes we could check in at 1. When we arrived we were told they could not accomodate us early and that we had to wait till 3. We returned a little after 3 and were told they still did not have a room for us and they could not guarentee what time we could check in staff member stated that the website says check in is AFTER 3 but it could be anytime!! I cancelled our stay. That is absolutely ridoculous, I will NEVER book their again!!

I like the location and the breakfast .
The room that we got was on the second floor so we were able to hear footsteps from the top floor all night our first night . we also requested for house keeping that never showed up

The bath tubs are very slippery.

located near restaurants and a coffee shop. the pool are was nice with real grass. the rooms were fairly well equipped. check-in was easy and the staff were pleasant. the hotel is on the bike path.
the suite size was extremely small compared to other hotels. they really could not make it any smaller. the kitchen was barely equipped enough for eating a meal.

nice facilities and breakfast
need improvements in housekeeping and bathroom renovations - scratched bathtub and piece missing out of sink cupboard

The rooms are awesome with a split floor plan and full kitchenette.
nothing really stood out as negative

We liked having a suite with a living room separate from the bedroom. The breakfast offerings were pretty good. Kitchen staff were sweet and helpful. The location was next to a paved bike and walking path beside a dry river bed. I think it does have water during rainy season. There are 3 restaurants in same complex.
This establishment is practicing skimp-flation to a large degree. The place felt like maintenance and updating had been deferred for a very long time. Dirty hall carpet. Stained couch in room. Our refrigerator made a terrible noice frequently. We finally learned to slam the door to the freezer to make it stop after maintenance never showed up. The room service needs to be scheduled; and we should have done that when we checked in. Different folks at front desk had different personalities from nice to indifferent to surly.

Lovely facility and comfortable suite with a little patio poolside. Barbecues are quite large and in a nice stone area with tables poolside. The bed and pillows were of excellent quality. The employee who checked us in was efficient and very friendly and helpful.
The property is over six miles off the 10 freeway but worth the drive. The shower wall had hair on it from a previous guest and there were candy wrappers between the bed and the window. However, the rest of the suite was quite clean. Given the size of the suite, the rate was a little high.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good because there were 3 restaurants in the same parking lot.
bed wasn't that comfortable. Tossed and turned a lot. They put us in a room which was right by a super loud air vent in the hallway. heard the din all night.

This hotel is very close to a well-maintained linear park, and an excellent grocery store is within 10 minutes walking distance. The suite supplies all the plates, cutlery and pots and pans you need to prepare meals. When we didn't feel like cooking there are several restaurants to choose from within 50 m of the property. The hotel has two exercise rooms for the athletic-minded. The internet was high-quality. The breakfast was good on a U.S. hotel scale.
The exit door at the west end of our wing has been converted to an emergency exit only, which meant that even if we intended to travel west from the hotel we had to walk the length of the building and exit the east entrance, then backtrack to go west. The door opens into the gated pool area, so I don't understand the point of making this an emergency exit.
