Wish it had a elevator. It needed brown sugar packets for the oatmeal and extra staff to answer the phone. The remote for the TV WAS MISSING. IT NEEDED EXTRA OUTLETS to recharge my phone. Also one light did not work next to window..

Heat in the room, fridge, hot shower, location. I'm not a big hotel person, my simple needs are sleep and shower..just the basics. Parking where I could see my vehicle was a plus. Staff was friendly

filthy! Room floors, sink, bath were never cleaned. Hair, dead spiders on floor. Chair was so dirty we didn’t want to touch it. Broken sink and tub plugs. Bed not made either day. pillows thrown on our suitcases. Afraid to eat breakfast there because it was so unkept.

The staff were nice and the bed was decent.

We had 2 rooms booked. In one room the tiles popped up when you stepped in the bathroom and you had to step to another tile close to the tub in order to shut the door. Both rooms had musty smells, with one of the rooms having a really, really bad smell like smoke, urine, and musty combined. All carpets were extremely dirty. They were dark in color, but you could still see the stains and dirt, especially in the hall and stairs. In one room the refrigerator still had food from the previous guests and in the other room small paper wrappings of some sort were under the edge of bed from a previous guest. A couple of the towels had stains and/or dirt from not being washed (?), not sure. When we went to leave, we saw the clean linens for the morning cleaning personnel piled on the hall floor, on the dirty carpet, with just a few towels folded of a sorts to hold them up off the dirty carpet. (It might be helpful if the cleaning personnel had a cart to leave on the second floor for the clean linens.)
