Loved the ambiance, the comfort the cleanliness and mostly the floor to ceiling windows was my favorite! The view is amazing.

I had to park far for parking because I didn’t want to pay for valet which is the only option I believe they have. Which sucked a little because why do I not have a free parking option.

My room was skipped the day for housekeeping. I had to call 3 times to get extra towels. Took hours to get them.

Beautiful and clean

Seemed like only a few elevators were functional and had long wait times for one to be available. Also had to take the stairs from the 15th floor all the way to ground level because elevator wouldn’t come.

I didn’t like it because you had to order it and pay for it yourself. It didn’t come with the ram Indiana eat it in your room.

Room was very nice and clean. We loved the food and services to get us checked in early before the game.

When checking in we were told the hotel was overbooked and had to downgrade our king on 10th floor to a double on 7th floor (all about the view of the city) for the same price.

Breakfast in lounge was very good as were other treats. Coffee machine was great. One server in particular was very helpful in directing us to places we wanted to see.

It was further from downtown than we usually book. The show going on in the Amphitheater could’ve heard in our room - but just the sound of the base. That was annoying.

Everything!! Great location! Staff were excellent!! Room was spacious and very clean! Great views!!! Will definitely stay again if in Indianapolis. Also loved the second room for half off deal. We did not know about it prior to stay but found out after…we have several children so next time we will plan a trip with them and probably get two rooms.

The views are fantastic and the rooms are large and well appointed.

We booked a King upper floor room through Booking.Com and when we went to our room initially, it was a double. This was our 23rd anniversary, so a double wasn't going to work. Thankfully, the front desk receptionist worked with her manager to unblock a room for us on the 26th floor with a King. It was a stunning view and I am very grateful they made the change for us. This, despite the fact that there was a Colts/Bears preseason game and it was a VERY busy night.

Location great, valet parking great, room was plush and beautifully decorated; brunch was good but super slow waitstaff, friendly when they finally showed up though.

Slow service in the sports bar and even slower service during brunch in the secondary restaurant.

We LOVED the view from our room! The location in relation to Lucas oil stadium was amazing. Walking to and from there was a piece of cake!

I paid for a high floor room with a king bed. I understand that they were out of king beds, but we also ended up with a room on the 19th floor. 19th floor is a high floor, but the woman at the front desk told us that we were on the 31st floor. We spent 10 minutes riding up and down the elevators trying to find our room. We then tried the 19th because our room was 1931. It was confusing and a little bit of a letdown since we were told the 31st.
