We ended our 12 day bike ride of the Erie Canal Trail from Buffalo in Albany and the Morgan Stale House was the perfect place to wrap it up for two nights. The hotel has a lovely old style feel but is fully functional with spacious comfortable rooms and attractive shared spaces. It is right on a lovely park and close to restaurants

The room was very clean. We enjoyed the area, especially our morning walk in the park. The staff was friendly and courteous.

While breakfast was good, think pre-Covid large chain hotel breakfasts, I was hoping for a hot breakfast. Did not realize it was serve yourself.

Set in the historic section of Albany New Yor,k, across from Washington Square Park. Beautiful area and beautiful architecture throughout the area, both inside the rooms and outside. Good continental breakfast is offered on the main area of the Inn with indoor and outdoor seating in the back garden. It us a pleasant experience.

Amenities within the room were scarce in the area of bar soap and shampoo. I recommend bringing your own. The pandemic created a shutdown of businesses in walking distance in the area. I would recommend taxis or your own car to get around. Parking is available for a small daily fee through the Inn.

such a beautiful and well maintained historic property with lots of nice spaces you can enjoy beyond the guest room. super comfy beds. staff was so friendly and accommodating! the assigned close parking was so convenient.

We didn't eat breakfast because we went out with our family.

The building is beautiful and well-maintained. My room and the wallpaper and glass doorknobs were all lovely.

The radiator was noisy and woke me up a few times.
