The noise level was acceptable even though the hotel was full and it is right next to a very busy road. Also, the male check in host was funny and welcoming. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.
The mattresses may need to be replaced soon. Mine was not comfortable, a bit too firm for me

Great location for what we need. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Bed was a bit lumpy.
Pool was closed for maintenance.

I loved the location. It was close to most things we had planned to do.
The pillows were awful. We had to ask for towels because, for four people, we only got three towels. While we were out, our bed was not remade nor did our coffee supplies get refilled. The breakfast was not the best. And there was no cable television.

Our rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. Housekeeping you did a great job! People had said in their reviews that dogs were constantly barking but we didn’t hear anything like that. The grandkids swam and the pool area was nice. The staff was great!
The only negative I can think of is that there was only 2 tables and chairs in the pool area. Needs a couple more tables with chairs.

The location was a little ways from the highway but the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was awesome!! Breakfast was great too!

someones car alarm went off multiple times outside my room window about 3 am waking us up after a 10 hour trip and having another 10 hours to drive that morning

Always enjoy the chain. Great rooms, great staff, and good breakfast every day
Smoke alarm went off at 1 am for 20 minutes beeping. Front desk couldn't address it. It quit, then went off again at 215am. We ended up being moved to another room and losing sleep . Manager wanted to refund but since though booking unable to do anything.

I'm an early bird and my husband is a night owl. The king suite was laid out in a way that I was able to go to bed and he was able to watch TV without bothering each other. We loved that room! Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was good.
Service people had their storage closet next to our room and they started letting the door bang shut about 6AM. Close the door quietly people!! Some folks sleep in.

The Location was great & the beds were comfortable!
The door to the room closes with a slam & I could hear the doors slamming through out the morning as guest departed.

3rd floor needs sound deadening material. Very loud. Hard to get sleep when you can hear everything from everywhere. Every door that opened and closed was loud. Could hear people talking. Even road noise was excessive and i was at the rear area of the building away from the road.

Very friendly staff. very clean room & comfortable beds. nice amenities. close to lots of restaurants & shopping.
They were short staffed on maids so had to wait for our room to be cleaned. this was at 4:00.

The room was exceptional for cleanliness and decoration! Loved the size and cleanliness of the bathroom! Breakfast was great with great choices in a hot meal and otherwise! Excellent location for our own personal needs! Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Springfield, Missouri!

The hotel was clean comfortable the location was perfect because it was in between both of my son's home so very accessible
It wasn't anything that I didn't like just a reminder that if you have a room for four people there should be enough towels in the room for four people
