didn’t like anything about it!! very bad location dangerous area, pulling in and they had homeless people sleeping out front, bugs crawling around in curtains, dead bugs on the floor. I was scared to even be there. I didn’t stay I left and found another place to stay at

Everything. Dirty, broken, run down. The people staying at the hotel and around the area were very loud, disruptive. Fighting, slamming doors as well as threats for police multiple times during the night. Our room was FILTHY. Tv was on and no remote to change it. There were holes in the walls, stains on the sheets, curtains covered in sauce or blood. The tub was broken. No lamp shade. It was like something out of a horror movie. We ended up having to leave at 2am due to the uncomfortable bed, dirty room, a ROACH on our walls plus the people in and around the building. Better off sleeping in our vehicle at that point. Then they refused to refund us. Ridiculous!

Cleaning the room- pubic hair on the shower wall, a stain on the bed from a drink mug, dirty bathroom door. All the towels had dark stains. Bed was uncomfortable and had a permanent slope imprinted on it, causing me to tilt or slide off the bed while I slept.

Remote didn't work for TV. Samsung TV and LG remote. NO HOT WATER Phone did not work Beds were very old and VERY used. Big dips in both sides. Smoke detector was covered with plastic bag.

they gave me a room far from the office and next door the window was broken and I was scared and just run to another hotel. but the lady that was in the office she was exceptional so nice I asked her if they have a soda mashine because I needed some water for my babie bottles and she offered me water that she had for her I really loved the costume service is just the property it was a little scary

The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was right outside our door. They actually had a full legit handicapped room.

Area was a little sketchy but securiry was good. Parking lot needs some work.

The hot water went out on the first night so I couldn't take a shower the entire time I was there. I asked for reimbursement but all they gave me was one hour so instead of checking out at 11 a.m. I checked out at noon. I'm very unhappy with motel 6

I liked that Motel 6 gave my payment back too me at nearly two o'clock in the morning.

All the noise from people that are actually living in this motel and their dogs barking and growling. I heard no noise from real customers. I understand it was New Years Eve but it's still very rude to talk loudly next to our window, bang against the door as people are walking and running past, and play with a dog to the point of loud growling. Then hearing a loud young man explaining about someone on drugs in another room. He could have went inside the room to talk but he chose to let everyone sleeping know as well, us included! All of this plus the fireworks was making our rescue dog anxious and scared due to being shot and left for dead on the side of a road in Texas. His name is Coby and has been on channel 5 news and the internet. If you want quality pay you need quality rooms. If you want people to stay at your hotel you can't have low income drug sellers and drug users in the same motel. The outside smells like dog crap in the air and when I walked Coby there was not one place he could go because of all the dog crap EVERYWHERE!! It's super disgusting and I am sure full of parasites since those people cannot afford proper care for their pets. At least make them clean up after their animals or no one will stay there. Four weeks and about $15,000.00 I can fix up the whole motel and kick out non customers so you can charge better prices for updated rooms. Otherwise you will be stuck with low income drug people and what is left of the motel 6 will go deeper and deeper into the ground. This is the saddest and by far the worst motel 6 I've ever stayed. You need to up your standards, quality, cleanliness, and management immediately or the slum motel 6 will become a sore eye disaster.

The bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Restaurants nearby.

Check in took over 20 minutes. My room had not been cleaned (4pm): bed unmade, dirty towels on floor, etc. Staff seemed very inexperienced
