not warmed before that the place was gutted for renovations. tv just didnt work at all. place smelled horrible.

For the first time in my life, I rented the worst hotel room. One electrical outlet for the whole room, the door from the toilet does not open from the inside🤣, the air conditioner yells and cries, it stinks outside and inside so that I thought a corpse was buried somewhere and it was decomposing. You can forget about breakfast and even spit, the flies will just eat you or take you to the trash. I paid for this nonsense and a day thrown out of my life, $ 138 per day…………. I think this is the work of Satan. And the most interesting, they took a $50 deposit from me God save me!!! At 6:30 in the morning we left this hotel in a terrible nightmare!!! going to church now!

Absolutely nothing at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy!

How rude the staff were to me because they were unable to accommodate the reservation I had made through booking.com. I was told that they were over booked and that they didn't have a room. The lady did not even bother to try and apologize, instead she acted as if I was in the wrong and that it was my fault that I made the reservation when they were over booked. Then to top it off they tried to charge me for canceling my reservation. I was and still am in disbelief at this whole situation and at how rude and unprofessional the person working was.

Dirty bedding, heater/air didn't work. People living there. Parties, fights. Our door was kicked in, I was hurt and staff did nothing about it.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! By far the worst place I've stayed in yet, worse than a $20 Airbnb, worse than the motels I've stayed at that smell like lemon pledge with barbed wire gates on the parking lot (both which would actually help this place a lot) Drove for 10 hours from Canada for a 2 day rave at the tacoma dome (great proximity only 4 mins away), arrived, checked in, left an hour later once we found a new hotel. Half burnt down from an "under investigation fire", which we had to walk through to get to our room, bullet holes in windows boarded with cardboard. What I hope is bullet proof glass around the front desk. Homeless camp across the street and cadillacs idling in the parking lot the entire time I was there. The room was a story in itself, blinds half ripped off, microwave door ripped off, holes in everything you can think of. Bloodstains or mold on ceilings. Sat on the greasy stained bed for 15 minutes until we started to itch, finished the rest of our hotel search sitting on the wooden desk. In no way have I ever been one to be "too good" for a cheap as it gets accommodation but I actually felt like staying was a borderline safety risk in more ways than one. Ended up a 30 minutes drive out by Sea-tac and had absolutely no regrets.
