The location of the hotel.

Lack of breakfast options. Bed was uncomfortable. A/c was inefficient.

Good location. Handy fo I-5.

Noise. People leaving at all hours, especially motor cyclists. Also the metal bases to the beds made a lot of noise when accidentally kicked. We could hear this noise from room above and next doir

Breakfast was ok.

Facility needs to be upgraded.. everything was old.. sheets and comforters had lots of holes in them. Walls were paper thin.. small toilet. No charging station by the beds.

seems to be a pay by the hour type motel. room smelled like a decomposing body. holes in the blankets. door paneling falling off. ice water or scalding hot in the shower and absolutely zero water pressure. had to use a wash rag at the sink to get the soap off, forget having water to wash your hair. never dusted. SO DISAPPOINTING! we’ve stayed here so many time pre-COVID, seems to have gone way downhill since.

lock wouldn't work. staff didn't know how to check in. tv didn't work but fixed that night around 9pm. tub faucet leaking all night. worst hotel experience I have had in long time.

Location to Casino is all that I have good to say about this place. It is less since the last time that I stayed there. No bed bugs even though it sure looked like it was a breeding ground.

Homeless hangout. The beds are worn out. The flooring is really showing its age.

The people in the room above me stomped and dropped heavy items all night long. They never stopped and apparently did not go to sleep. At 2 pm someone started knocking at my door and then walked away. People were outside in the parking lot talking and smoking all night.

i saw actual rats outside. blankets are covered in cigarette holes, no heat or ac in room, mold in bathroom shower
