Pool view, was NOT a pool view.

Was charged $200 and some dollars for no reason.. they over charged me.

It was spacious enough. The bathroom was good and clean. The breakfast room was nice and the food offering was very good.

Matress was somewhat worn.

Got a poolside room which was great convenience access to the pool which is why we were there.

It was the closest hotel to the event.

Our bathroom had quite a bit of hair left around. We did not get an accessible room. The price was high for the age and cleanliness of the facility. The hallways had thick soft carpeting which made it exceptionally difficult to wheel a suitcase (I’m on crutches). This caused me substantial pain.

Our room was one of the most expensive (king size with jacuzzi tub pool side) offered, and not ready for check-in at the hotel check-in time of 4 p.m. We were expecting our group and extended family to be able to utilize the room for changing and eating at 4 p.m. The front desk attendant was not timely, and did not seem to care that we were left to stand in the lobby & hallway (20 minutes) for the room to be readied. She did not offer any apologies on the hotel's behalf. A child had a fecal matter accident in the pool area, and my guests helped to contain the mess with pool towels. No staff came to assist or even routinely check the pool area cleanliness. Overall, not satisfied with our experience based on the amount paid. We left by 10 p.m. the same evening.

I did not receive my extra room and pet deposits as I was told. It’s been a long time waiting for deposit returns from Dec. 29, 2022 and it is now March 6, 2023. The customer service should not be telling customers they will receive their deposits back! I have received NO notifications in regards to this stay. I would be greatly appreciated to see the deposits refunded to my visa, or any response.

Didn’t have the room I booked online. Gave me another room instead which worked fine and was actually less. Food was great!

It was very, very crowded so had to wait to use the pools and hot tub until evening instead of right after we checked in. Had to wait a while in line for breakfast.

The kids really enjoyed the pool. The room was good size.

Popular place so my kids 8 & 13 had plenty of insta-friends to play in the pool with, stayed in a pool view room which was super convenient too!!

Someone flooded the toilet by the pool and the fitness center had to be closed because of it, staff did great job cleaning up though Pool was crowded even at closing

we liked how it was quiet and clean and the staff are great and they were great about making our stay a nice experience
