Nice hot breakfast. Rooms ok but smelled from animals in room before us. Staff friendly.

I liked the salt water pool and also have the option for a chlorine pool next door if desired. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. I was also very happy they could accommodate a later check out for us!

The pull out couch still had the sheet on it from the previous guests. Also, there were food crumbs on the floor in various spots when we walked into the room.

not very clean. trash cans had not been cleaned. the pull out bed was terrible.

Poor customer service, as the front desk attendant complained at check in that she was nit supposed to be working that evening and was filling in from the hotel next door. Also, our room was above the front desk and the attendant called to yell at us anytime my small children ran while in the room.

Bed was very comfy. Rate was reasonable and room appeared to be clean. We have stayed here previously and most of those times it was great.

They did not require masks. I have health issues and did not appreciate that. Also, paper thin walls this visit. We could hear people clomping around upstairs and in hall at all hours. The air-conditioning kept kicking on in the middle of night, blowing cool air by bed. It was winter! The door to the room didn't fit on the hinges very well. There was a big gap in door's lower half. The hallways were noisy. We did not have any of these issues during a previous stay.

The location is great!

1. No hot water in the afternoon. Front desk said they are working on it. 2. The Green Bay vs Arizona game of the year was all in Spanish no English. Front desk said they are working on it.

Absolutely amazing stay again! The check-in was quick and easy - very friendly gals at the front desk. The room size is exceptional - very spacious! Full size refrigerator is great! Breakfast has a lot to offer - homemade plain or strawberry waffles, scrambled eggs (actually edible unlike others I've had at other hotels), sausages, toast, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, etc - just great!!

I really can't think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable - it was great again! We won't stay anywhere else when we visit Rochester again!

Even though there was a mix up with our reservations the hotel made sure we had a room that was comfortable

Great location. Very convenient and quick drive to Mayo. Our room was very quiet. All staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Our bathroom could have been cleaner. One of the detectors on the wall of our room had a bright, annoying light that flashed every few seconds.
