Everything thing pretty much. Great location, quiet and calm big rooms, comfy beds. Just can't speak on the breakfast. We had to leave out and didn't get to try it.

The lighting in the hallways were really dim which is calming but couldn't see that good.

Room was clean and location was very convenient. Very nice.

plenty of space

The suite had plenty of room. It was very clean and comfortable. Quite nice, the shower was good it had HOT water. A full kitchen, 2 stoves, microwave and a full size fridge iced over drinks.

The rooms were great. Liked the fact they had windows in the rooms. Felt like a comfy apartment.

The hallways were a little cool. Insulation on doors.

I think k the price was a little much for the facility itself. But it was clean

The room was actually a small apartment, very nice and clean with modern furnishings..the shower was excellent with great water pressure..the hotel itself was comfy with a big fireplace and couches and chairs for your comfort..the breakfast was really good, hot and a nice variety..it’s located on Dollywood Lane, with Dollywood right down the road and surrounded by all the shopping and restaurants, very close to The Island with Margaritaville and Paula Deen restaurants..I could go on and on but bottom line is, this place is wonderful, roomy and affordable compared to a small one room motel..you won’t be disappointed🤗

The sheets and pull out mattress were questionably stained, the king bed was firmer than expected.

refrigerator wouldn’t close, it needs the seal replaced. the shower faucet was old and hard to use. it needs replacing. hand held shower head would be great.

Clean and very friendly staff. Perfect location to get to attractions and bypass most traffic on main drag that was 1 block away. Small but good hot breakfast.

Everything went well.

The room was a good size and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The room was clean and parking was very available. You don't have to circle the lot to find someplace to park. The staff was very nice and helpful.

For some reason there no curtains. There was only a somewhat see through pull down blind. I could see through the blinds and assume people from outside could see in as well. In addition it did not block the sun. When the sun came up your room was flooded with sunlight which is not optimal if you are on vacation and want to sleep in. The smell in the common areas was incredibly strong and unpleasant.

Very clean very good staff. Close to everything. Very nice room.

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly, the room and pool was nice. The location was wonderful.

Location was great. Reasonably price. Room we had was clean and big and comfortable. Breakfast was just typical of hotel breakfast buffets. The AC in the room was excellent.

The ice machine was often empty. The carpet on the stairs from 1st to 2nd floor needs to be replaced. No cleaning will help that.

The location was great. The breakfast was ok (gravy was watery).

The hallways were hot making it harder to breathe for the older family members. A couple people felt like the beds were too hard, but they were ok to me!
