The continental breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice.

Parking is not good. The lower level flooded and we had a hard time finding a parking spot.

Location was exactly what we wanted for our trip. It is right next to the "Gateway to Gatlinburg" and within walking distance to Ripley's Fun Park as well as a couple of restaurants. The free breakfast was okay. They had fresh fruit, sausage links, potatoes ("Home fries"), Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, and scrambled eggs. It was good for a free hotel breakfast, but you could tell the eggs were powdered. All in all, it was as expected.

The beds were pretty hard. Bouncy, but hard. We could hear everything outside, like some campers across the river and the geese, of course. We could tell the room was only renovated cosmetically because there was a dip in the floor, under the carpet, that we stumbled a little over. The room also had a little bit of a musty/ smokey smell to it, but I have noticed a lot of Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg hotels have the same smell, so maybe that is unavoidable. I also didn't like how small the bathroom was. We have a toddler so giving him a bath in the tub right up against the wall and toilet was a challenge.

We loved the double beds with 2 t.v's, the free breakfast. The staff was so nice.

Great location. Nice to listen to the creek / river behind the property. Very nice staff. Very clean facility.

Parking could be a bit improved, but not a deal breaker.

Love the balcony over river. Good location, quiet on right end, close to everything. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is good. Rooms clean but dated, smells mildewed

The elevator was broke and our door had a crack in it so big i could stuff a towel in it to keep the cold air out and the draft kept kicking the heater on so i turned it down to 62 and it was still kicking on constantly from the wind coming in it was too hot wen heater was on and freezing wen it would kick off

We loved the river
