too many water spots all over bath fixtures unsure of cleanliness ceiling fan so noisy took shower with light off

single serve coffee packets would not work in coffee machine.

Several repeat Several dogs in a nearby room backing in the night.

The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was big and the bed ok. There was a small fridge and microwave.

We had a room in the back towards the highway and even with doors and windows closed, we could hear the traffic. There was just one office chair near the desk in the room and no other chairs at all in the room ! There was a big empty corner where they could have placed a comfortable arm chair .Our room description said there was a coffee maker, but there was none, we had to go to the reception area to get one. There was alot of animal fur on the floor, it stuck to our socks, the floor would need a good vacuuming and washing.

The staff was very friendly and there were plenty of smoke buckets.

People staying around us were loud but there wasn't much the staff could do about it. At night the staff did ask one of our neighbors to keep it down because it was getting late. I would have liked a second chair for the desk so it would have been more comfortable to work while staying at the hotel.

We ended up seeing a cockroach in our room.

The staff is very nice and accommodating!

The linen was dirty! Toilet and tub were dirty. Ice bucket was dirty
