Smelled like smoke

Room was in the city so can walk to all down town activities.

Room was cleaned but carpet is dirty and quite stained. It's an older motel and expect it to be a bit worn but carpet could be cleaned and stain master used. The bed was a little lumpy.

The price was fair. Location great.

The shuttle service to the airport was not as advertised at booking and no prior notice was given to warn of the schedule changes.

Shuttle from the airport was convenient, although not there as quickly as I had expected. Downtown and the pier weren't very far away, although we're used to walking. There was a terrific breakfast place next door.

Room wasn't clean. I even saw what may have been blood on a sheet, and we had to pull out a fan that we found in the closet so that it wasn't stifling hot. No one mentioned that there was one, so we could have missed it. We found a great area of town on our own, without any guidance.

It was very clean, safe, well-situated in terms of location, restaurants, etc. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. Good amenities . A very good value, as everything in Juneau is expensive! We chose not to have a car, except for one day, and you can do well without a car at this location. The two-bedroom set up was perfect for three adults (a married couple and a single friend) travelling together.

Shower was very good, but was basically a wet bathroom/shower and could have been situated better. But not a big problem and could be handled alright. Kind of expensive, but so is everything in Juneau!

The location was a easy walk to the downtown and port.

Spent 8 nights there and a maid never entered our room. Had to go get clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk. Take out our own trash.
