Great Place to Stay..

Loved the location.

We lost power for an entire evening/night. Why in the hell was there not a generator for back up. I have sleep apnea and wasn't able to use my breathing machine.

Convenient & comfortable

Comfortable bed & 1st hotel that has had enough pillows on the bed for two people. The lady working at the front desk when I checked in that night was absolutely exceptional! & Snacks/Convenience area gets an A+

The shuttle was a plus!! Last time we stayed went to a concert at the performing arts center and the provided transportation to and from. It’s a 24 hour service

The are upgrading and the noise was a little much but it is needed

The worker's were so nice and was willing to provide for our needs. They were able to give me information about the surrounding area.

The only thing is the pillows wasn't soft. The bed can use a pillow top.

How an hotel gonna have expensive rates during an event then has a clogged toilet that we didn't do it as soon as we get it in the room. And it's not the maid fault the owners aren't taking responsibility to run hotels in a declining environment

Asia was very friendly upon arriving. I loved talking to her. She was so sweet and helpful. I even had to go down stairs to get a remote and she took care of that right away. Everything there was very accommodating however, she topped it off. I just want to say Thank you Asia for everything.

My room was not clean. There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower and hair in the tub. I was surprised there was not a USB plug.

the staff were very rude. I had mistakenly made reservations for Charleston WV instead of Charleston SC. the staff made no effort to help me. I went to another hotel and they were booked also. at least they offered to help me and told me to look on Bookings.come for last minutes cancellations. guess what? Your hotel had an opening so I went back and showed them my new reservation. They kept saying they didn’t have a room. finally they gave me one. I will never go back there.
