The staff was exceptional. I kept getting lost and they helped me over the phone and in person. My phone maps didn’t work correctly.

Small parking area. I always had a parking space but I returned to the area early.

Breakfast had everything; oatmeal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, biscuits, gravy, bacon, etc. Parking easy and right by entrance. Staff wonderful. Kimberly at check-in changed my room for a better view. Jonathan at front desk assisting me with lost and found.

TV controls not user friendly.

I wanted to check in 2 hours earlier, I asked the front desk and they said my room wasn’t ready, they didn’t offer to call me to let me know when it would be ready, I sat in the lobby for an hour and watched them eat their lunch and even heard housekeeping say they had one room left to clean and I was still never offered my room. I then went back up to front desk and was offered a room which seems like was available the entire time I was there, I was also double charged.

Breakfast was average. The little cheese omelets are not my favorite. No gravy for biscuits

None of the food or the coffee was hot only warm

bed lights were disconnected. it didn’t work. I requested someone to come room. but no one showed up. i requested at front desk at face to face. she came right away. she found it was not bulb. it was just disconnected from the power receptacle. she said my fault. it is not my fault, room was supposed be completely functioning before I stay. mal function is not my fault.
