The rooms were clean. The inside of the building was clean.

The elevator wasn't working. So it was inconvenient walking up and stairs

i liked that the property looked newly renovated. it didn’t look outdated on the inside of the rooms. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the balcony was nice.

the outside looked pretty outdated and the elevator was down at the time we stayed so had to use stairs/ramps while we were on the 4th floor. the drink machines didn’t work. the tv wasn’t super important to us but the quality was really bad. for the price it was good we only needed to stay one night so it worked for us.

My family and I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the room to the amazing view of the river from the balcony. You can’t go wrong with staying at this hotel, if you are in the area. Also the breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

The only thing that I did not like was that the elevators were not working when we went.

Location is great except for the traffic problem which started around 9:00 am and lasts ALL day and evening. The breakfast was typical. Nothing to write home about.

This facility is in various states of disrepair. It is dated so I’m not sure what renovations took place. The picture on websites was taken from the river looking up so it looks amazing. It is not. The parking is a joke. One must squeeze in between big poles. I was told that I had to park below (between the poles) because the parking at ground level was for those guests that had rooms directly in font of the spaces. I asked for a ground level room and was told there weren’t any. The ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN. My 81 year old mother had a mini stroke and walks with a cane. Hoofing it up and down stairs was terrifying and downright dangerous. Hauling our luggage up and down stairs was ridiculous. Had I known that elevator had been broken all week (information gleaned from a couple from NY) and that other people were lied to as well, we would have never checked in. I asked numerous times if the elevator was getting fixed and was lied to numerous times. I was told that it would definitely be fixed Friday, July 14. The gentleman and woman behind the counter told me I’d get a phone call once it was repaired. None of this happened. I was told I’d be compensated. 20% off is not fair compensation for this disastrous stay. AND, since I booked through a 3rd party I’m sure I’ll never even see that 20%. I would never stay here again.

Parking by room

No hot water during my 4 days there. Staff said working on it. Room on top floor. Elevator not working. Move to a ground floor.

Price and staff friendliness

Getting in and out wasn’t easiest. Had a tall truck and maxed out the parking height under and couldn’t exit to the south. cleanliness wasn’t the greatest and didn’t change our sheets each night or make both beds, Breakfast was ok but did find a bug in the eggs that were in the egg warmer, so settle for toast.
