I liked that the location was very convenient, located right in town near everything, and was clean.
I didn’t like that the staff wasn’t very friendly. I wouldn’t necessarily say they were rude, just not the friendliest bunch of folks. Also, the parking lot isn’t proportioned very good, definitely not made for larger vehicles.

Nice staff and right on the strip!

The location and honestly that’s about it.
The property is going through a remodel so extra noise, equipment, etc was understandable. You could tell the room we had was atleast semi renovated, but the tub was disgusting. The pet fee is $25/night and parking was $10/night plus taxes. There is also a $5.99/night plus tax “hotel services” fee per night. You only get housekeeping if you request it, but I was told by the front desk agent upon check in that the $5.99/night fee was for housekeeping services. It is advertised as a heated pool, but the pool was not heated and when we asked about it we were told “that’s to do with maintenance and they’re gone for the day so I can’t heat the pool”. Also- when we booked, the advertisement was “pay at the property” the morning of scheduled check in day, my card was charged for one night, then when called to let the property know that we would be in late (around 3am) my card was processed for over $339 but when I got to check in, I was told my card wasn’t charged and that wasn’t on their system, they didn’t charge me and I still had to pay over another $400 to even check in. Honestly if I didn’t have my tired children with me, I probably would have just cancelled my reservation and left. The next morning when I spoke to the manager I was told again that they did not have the $339 charge on file and maybe it was a hold. I have yet to get that returned. So for a hotel that was supposed to be $386 for three nights plus parking and pet fees I have paid over $850. If the $339 turns out not to be a “hold” I will be disputing with my bank. There are so many other, nicer properties for less than the $850 that I have now spent. If the $339 is credited back to my account, I would be willing to update this to be known that things were made right, but as of now, my family and I will NEVER stay at this property again and we will not recommend it to anyone.

The location is great. The room wasn't cleaned really good, The heater didn't have knobs on it. And the building we was staying in was under construction. I had booked the room for 2 days and we only stayed one night we had to go someone else to get another room.
All the noise from the building being under construction. The room had just been finished from the remodeling and it wasn't clean.

Location was great beautiful creek behind property.
There was only lukewarm water. When we went down to have breakfast there was only eggs and no coffee available. Man said machine was down. I mentioned the water being cold and he said yeah he knew. For an overpriced dump charging $300+ it would be nice to be able to even take a shower. They were also remodeling another section of the property beside our room. So at 8 am we were awoke by sad and hammers.

We saw a bear and the heater was working
The room we stayed in was not cleaned. We were kept waiting till the very end and even then the room was dirty. I was charged am extra 148 dollars that weren't included in the stay, unsure if that was part of the stay. Toilet was broken and front door.

I like being so close to a restaurant and having a fire place in the room.
The room was a little dated, and the bathroom needed some work.

Location
They charge you for parking. And we left early because we arrived late at night and the rooms don't have good lighting woke up and it was full of black mold so I will not be staying there again. They had tried to paint over it but with light you can see it coming through everywhere. I thought it had a odd smell when I arrived that night but I was exhausted and we left the next morning.

Centrally located. Pool.
Water pressure for shower was almost zero.
The male associate handling the breakfast has a serious attitude, as I had read before.
Hidden charges for parking and pet that where not at the time of booking.

Nothing
Location was a lie. Room was dirty. Potato chips under couch cushion. Old hair behind the mattress, a lot! Lamp bulb snapped in half. No nut on lamp shade for adjusting light. No toilet paper holder, half used roll and almost empty roll behind toilet on lid. Dirty bathroom floor. Corners caked in God knows what.2 tiny towels and 2 wash cloths that you can buy at a Dollar Store. Pool and office well away from our room. Breakfast had a few oranges, tiny and not ripe. There was a musty smell in the room. Thorn bushes where we parked and unloaded, got several cuts. When I questioned about the location of our room I was told nothing they could do because I reserved thru a 3rd party. Forget trying to understand their outdated tv remote. No channel guide. Just a horrible experience. Done booking thru a 3rd party including Booking.com I will never book at any motel associated with Quality Inn.

Room service was good, room size was nice.
The breakfast was bad, not enough waffle mix eggs were watered down with no taste. Sausage were terrible could not eat them. we had no mountain view, all trees in front of the balcony. Small pool, shampoo and conditioner was to small to use not enough of.

The location was fine. Even though I did not use the pool. it did look clean.
The man at the Desk was not friendly at all. He never smiled. He broke all of his promises he made. The bathtub was falling the floor. The trash was never picked up and I even laid it outside the door. I finally took it to parking lot and put it in a portable trash can that was also fealthy. The telephone did not work also. The coffee pot had parts missing. Also the balcony's chairs were missing straps and making it impossible to sit in. The TV signal was in and out. The light fixtures covers in the bathroom had dead insects, bugs in them. The balcony was dirty and could really use a new cover of paint. To wrap this up, the whole place was dirty.

Great place to see a bear
It is pet friendly so I booked and brought my dog. After checking in and getting room keys, they asked if I had a dog, I did because I booked them specifically to bring her. My room was changed to another room. I get that, so I'll deal. The room I was given was so gross we paid early discharge fee and went to another hotel. If you do not bring a pet, I dunno how those rooms are but the pet rooms are 🤢 weird debris all over one of beds. Shower had moldy shower curtain, no space, hair in shower.
Walk a dog as the sun is going down to see a bear. Had a very nice stream with lights behind hotel.

Location was nice
The sheets were not clean, bathroom floors were nasty, no towels, NO SHOWER CURTAIN, room smelled like cigarette smoke and we had to pay to park our vehicle at the hotel. Place has lots of potential but it’s not there.

I was charged $6.75 for “incidentals”. What does that even mean?? I asked what it was for. The associate was very vague about it.
I booked another stay for tonight. When I checked in the associate said I still owed $11.78. I asked for what since I had already been charged the full amount. He stated it is for parking. Parking???? Are you kidding me?? That’s simply ridiculous!!
I will not be staying at this location again, ever. I’ll sleep in the dirt before I book a single night here.

The location was awesome. Close to everything. And a nice park behind the place.
The fact that the hotel would respond to my messages about the mix up in our room we booked one with a balcony and got one without a balcony. It said the pool would be open by April 30th. Pool was Nowhere near close to being open may 13th-18th. And they was doing grinding on the railing around the pool ALLLLL DAY. DROWNING OUT THE SOUNDS OF NATURE. That was pretty annoying. The smoke detector didn't have batteries which is kind of a fire hazard I would think. Says there is a safe in the room. There is but it isn't functional. Says no pets. But I seen A LOT of people with dogs staying there.
