Allows pets and breakfast

Needed towel bars in bathroom, no place to hang used towels. Coffee maker missing parts unable to make coffee.

Staff was very nice and I slept very well!

breakfast was good but no bacon or sausage served. I heard the lady say they were out of many things and the boss didnt order this week.

room - no mirror outside the bathroom and the lighting was terrible! also bigger trash cans are needed.

dirty and could not get anyone to clean room, leave fresh towels, or empty trash, leave fresh coffee, etc. Room was not clean to begin with.

Nice, clean and newly renovated room. The shower could have used some attention as it had low water pressure and was kind of dingy/ dirty looking. The on site staff was great, the phone in reservations staff was not good to deal with.

DO NOT go to the restaurant next door called “Eric’s Too”… it was beyond terrible in both the service and the food. The staff was smoking meth and weed while standing next to a slot machine in the facility.

Building was run down.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice in the morning. The pool was nice, warm, and clean.

The first floor smells like mold. The doors were very difficult to get thru with the luggage cart. The front desk didn't offer anything for being a Radisson platinum member, not even a kind word. The hot tub is under repair, and the man at the desk replied, "A long time!" When asked when it would be working again. The sink was clogged. I've stayed at many Radisson locations, and this one is subpar when it comes to hospitality. The breakfast was terrible: the fruit was old, the eggs were fake, the coffee was weak, the milk was warm, and there was only one yogurt at 6:10 am.

One of the employees--Jesse--was excellent. He was friendly, happy to answer our numerous questions, and extremely well informed. He is an excellent representative of the company.

The breakfast wasn't hot at 6am but the food was good. The room had duct tape on the curtain. The pool was freezing.

it was clean and affordable. Also, liked that the room we stayed in had hard surfaced flooring instead of carpet.

it doesn’t have a carport to load and unload your luggage.
