Facility, location, restaurants, great staff, very kind and responsive

Room was very hot

it had a very cozy yet high end feel

Close walking location to Moda Center. Clean and modern. Convenient "for sale" items in room. Loved having valet and secured parking. Nice bar and restaurant in Hotel.

We really liked the rm very clean n the bed was very comfortable.

We didn't have a microwave in the rm.

Valay was great, friendly. Hotel staff was also friendly and very helpful with questions and accommodations. I will be staying with you again in the future.

Good location if you’re looking to get away from the busyness of Downtown/Pearl District but still close enough to get anywhere you’re looking to go. Everyone working was super nice and the space is just lovely. Very comfortable room with lots of snacks/drinks at the ready and room service for anything else you might want. Lovely little coffee shop for those morning cravings.

Valet brought my car up with a flat tire and didn't even bother to notify me or offer direction for an air pump/tire store. Parking garage grade is so steep that my car also bottomed out while entering and exiting.
