biker shop on one side which was loud during the days sometimes, but staff did accommodate me in a room swap

staff was very polite. location was close to my appointments. the room was large.

sticky floor. curtains partially hung. large hole in ceiling. sofa was barely 15 inches tall, and very difficult for me to get up from. just need to put feet on it. toilet was barely 14 inches tall. was like using an elementary school bathroom. bathroom door was falling apart. could see the insulation hanging out of it on all sides. no wash cloths. no tissues. no stopper in the sink, was afraid I would drop earrings or rings down the drain. do they save these undesirable rooms for those of us that search for a good price on a room? don’t they know we would give a great review to any of our well travelled friends if they just cared. put feet on the sofa, put a stopper in the sink. replace the bathroom door. hang the curtains properly. replace the toilet with a 17 inch stool. and please mop the floor with a clean mop! stock the linens and tissues. AND fix the LEAK in the ceiling! Yes, the room was a shocking disappointment, especially when I saw a very pretty, clean, well decorated lobby.
