Very clean, pretty good breakfast, convenient location and it was really quiet when we stayed, which was nice since my wife is a light sleeper. We would stay again in the future. Very happy with the experience.
Not much to mention. I will mention that if you happen to stay on the west side of the hotel it can be a little loud at times because you are so close to the President George Bush turnpike (tollroad). If you want a really quiet room I would request a room on the east side, away from the toll road.

I just love the staff and the location. Was perfect, and of course, Tina at the front was amazing again. The room was awesome, and the breakfast was amazing as well. I just love this hotel and will be back.
There is nothing negative to say I love everything about this location.

The staff and the cleaning crew were very helpful and nice. If you're traveling with your family the location is great. It's very quiet and the breakfast is a plus!

Very beautiful and the rooms were great and the breakfast was very great. Staff was amazing and kept the place smelling and looking great. Tina at the front desk had to deal with a lot of rude and disrespectful people, but she stayed calm and professional with a smile on her face. Now she showed great customer service.
Only thing is that it takes them forever to process the payment when you check out. I checked out on Sunday, and payment was processed on Wednesday.

The room was very clean
They don't take cash which is a huge inconvenience. I had to leave and find a place to get a prepaid debit card didn't get to go to bed until almost midnight. Of course it's not on the website. Maybe it should be on the confirmation

The customer service was not good the iron table was broken , the bathroom drainage was very slow.
