Friendly staff. Location. Even though the property is in the process of being renovated, the rooms were nice and clean.

Dogs. The property allows dogs. Some dog owners need to keep the dogs quiet at night. Several times during the night, you could hear the dogs barking.

The room itself was very inviting.

Not know the hotel was having major consequences done at thee time of my stay.

I loved the location

Nothing..it was great

After a 600 mile drive I wanted a good mattress on the bed and a quiet room. We also wanted to see the state park nearby so it was the perfect location for that. We like to use the loop around El Paso when passing through so again it was in a great location to get out of town without too much traffic early the next morning. It was conveniently located near good dining and other shopping centers.

A great Senior Program that gives good discounts for being an old codger.

The tv was too low. The person on the side of the bed by the wall, couldn't see the tv. No movie channels.

Location was great, beds were good, staff was geat.

A couple of dryers were out of order which makes for a back up in Laundry.

Very good staff...friendly and helpful. Large room with everything we needed. I found no matter where I went, the people of El Paso were very friendly.
