Location was great, breakfast was good, and I liked being on the first floor.

There was an extremely strong odor in our room which I think was a cleaning chemical that hit me like a brick when I entered the room. My sister’s room didn’t have that smell, nor did my daughter’s room. We tried running the air conditioner and fan to get rid of it, but it wouldn’t budge. Possibly the carpet cleaner? It was very unpleasant, I didn’t sleep well, and woke up with a headache. We usually stay here coming and going on our yearly Montana trip. May be staying elsewhere for the return home.

the suite was clean.

They did not have the room we had originally booked, we went to use the pool and spa and come to find out that they were undergoing maintenance. We decided to take a shower and the water poured out flooding the bathroom and room. We stayed there for at most an hour and were told that they aren’t able to refund us yet so hopefully we can get it.

The indoor pool with hot water was great for cold season. We managed to see Zion NP for 2 days from here. Romm very clean and comfy, you got gym, quite nice breakfast. Good value

Room was typical but everything worked.

Staff was uncooperative and seemed put out at having to help us. She was not able to accommodate our room request. There is no elevator and getting our luggage up to our room on slick outside stairs was difficult.

Breakfast was pretty basic. The staff serving breakfast was outstanding.

The road noise was evident. But it was great to have a Sizzler in the same place.

Front desk person was a bit terse on checking in. Remote for TV didn't work and replacement not much better. But enough to get the game. Room needed a good dusting.

It was a fantastic breakfast.
