Missed it the first time, had to turn around and go back, needs bigger sign at the road you cut onto.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was enough.
The location was on a noisy road.

Bed very comfy
The hillside very hard to walk around. And as convenient as it was Texas Roadhouse traffic made it harder to get around also we had to bring breakfast to my mom who is elderly she couldn’t do stairs or walk that distance to have breakfast.
9.0
Room was clean, breakfast was very good, a variety of items.
Driveway entrance was challenging, because of the small sign.

Breakfast was great. Stsff was very accomodating for all requests. Great dinner locations closeby including Texas Roadhouse and Ichiban Hibachi restaurant,
A little noisy being so close to the highway and frequent ambulance sirens.

Very clean
Driving through a very crowded Texas Roadhouse parking lot to get to it. The road noise when in one of the road side rooms. Adjoining room ( not requested) and could hear the person whistling in the next room. And their alarm kept going off. We were there for 2 nights. The guy accidentally put us in for one night and our keys didn’t work the second day.

The breakfast was very good.
We requested a ground floor room because my daughter had been in the hospital for 3 months and very weak. Upon arrival we were told there was nothing available except on the third floor. There are no elevators so I had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. The parking was awful.

clean and location.
high on a hill, guy at front desk didn't know what he was doing with my reservation. He was eating while he was waiting on me.

Not a thing and would recommend to others.

Extremely clean, location is close to the Biltmore and Texas Road House is next door. Price per night was excellent. We were fortunate to have a room in the back, which was very quite. I feel confident that you would hear road noise in a front room.
No elevator - we were ok with stairs, but it could be difficult for an elderly person or someone with lots of luggage.
6.0
room was clean, and folks who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small--walking past one another just to get to the bathroom was problematic with the king bed. Additionally, only one luggage holder was provided--we had two pieces of luggage which made access difficult. The lobby and breakfast area were quite small. And the very steep parking and entrance were a surprise to us.
Most important however, is that we were unable to check out early from our initial 3-night stay. The Biltmore Estates closed on Wednesday May 3 (high winds), and we wished to cancel our hotel stay for that night, but we could not get a credit for the third night of our stay (we couldn't even make the request online through booking.com ("An error has occurred")). It was quite disappointing not only to miss out on the Biltmore (not your fault), but for us to pay for a hotel night that we booked and then did not need, through no fault of our own.
