The room, though a bit worn, was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Access was easy, though the hotel was a bit out of our way. All in all, an excellent stay and a very good price, with nice folks at the desk and a very clean room being icing on the cake. The room had a fully functional kitchenette, which we did not use as overnight guests.

When I checked-in, I was charged $50 in advance, as a "security deposit". That was a new one on me, but the clerk said it would be returned once the room was checked, and in fact, it was.

there was an issue where the water was turned off at the property and no one could answer questions about when it would be turned back on. I left the property two days early and I’m still trying to get my money back through booking.com and the hotel.

The location was close to where we need to go, and the bed was comfy.

The amenities in the room were perfect for what is advertised--but I had little confidence in the cleanliness,

I had NO confidence in the cleanliness of the room! There were hairs of previous guests in the shower and around the bathroom sink. Had I not brought along my own disinfectant products, I am not sure I could have stayed there. Also, the toilet clogged and when I informed the front desk, I was told that she "has no maintenance staff" and would have to try to plunge the toilet herself or move me to another room upon my return (expected to be around midnight to 1:00 am!!!). Also, to have to carry to front desk soiled linens in order to exchange for fresh linens is a bit repugnant. Would not recommend this property.
