property was dirty lady was sleep then got mad I woke her up to check in when I called earlier in the day to make them aware so much so she was nasty and mad I kept proving her wrong in every step told me she doesn’t do confirmation hoping to kick me out because I woke her up and was mad when I told her I prepaid for her trash room.. room was dirty unappealing and creepy my door wasn’t even safe anymore could of broke in if u looking for somewhere to sleep 1 block from boardwalk then do u this was a definite a spot where I paid 164 for purely location cuz yes location and everything around once your outside was perfect but I personally wouldn’t of paid as much as I did for the trash service or room no matter where it was smh don’t book here if u expect more then squalor cuz that’s what u get thank goodness I brought my own towels and soap smh

Location was premier.

At check in desk wasnt staffed. Had to call a phone number to a staff members cell. I dont like that becauss it gives out my cell number to a person vs a company phone. The rest of process was normal. However room looked ok initially. But the lights didnt work, no Toilet Paper. Was a bit later noticed bad smell in bathroom. Mold around caulking that general cleaning would had fixed their excuse was its an old building. Then I moved side table to plug in cell phone no face plate on the outlet, dirty under it like not cleaned there in a while. Later noticed mold on both comforters the staff person next day said this was because cleaner mops floor with bed made. When we went back in room after checking out with the desk person and cleaner the same blankets were back on the bed and mold was in same spot. I am 100% sure the beds were just remade and linens not changed. We also removed the sheet the next day because we had felt bites. Yes there was evidence of bed bugs. When I showed desk clerk a picture of this her comments we really "thats not even our room" ok but the only thing in picture was close up of the edge of the mattress no possible way of identifying a particular room. Ok fine go into the room and show her where the pic was taken from. Lots of excuses but they left room that way ready for the next person. I was calm, collected and not accussing anyone juat was from the stand point of so you are aware and can fix it. They didnt offer any remedy. I work in retail and customer service is huge focus this lady although nice didnt try to remedy situation. And to be honest thats the real issue. The location is premier. The property is in need of rehab and its sad they dont seem interested in improving it. This is definately the time with all the money available federally and at state level to do just that this place could be a gem. Sad they dont show pride. Others post you get what you pay for.

Rooms where dirty bed sheets had wholes in them blanket stinks holes in them I would never stay there again very poor hotel

It was very dirty

The place is horrible and filthy and the two older women at the desk are very rude people and are very disrespectful.I will never ever return there in my life.I heard them screaming at the guests and treating one of their housekeepers so rude.The bathroom tub was full of mold.The pillows were completely flat.The sheets had cigarette burn holes.The towels are tiny and stained.The air conditioner kept shutting off.They had to flip the breakers multiple times to get it back on.The tvs are 30 years old.The curtains are so nasty and dirty.The place is complete trash.The pool was green and filthy.I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Perfect location right next to BREAKWATER BEACH and BOARDWALK which is great if the kiddos get cranky!!!Both ladies at front desk were very nice and welcoming!!Parking is available!!!Pool was small but great!!!Kind of rough area lots of sketchy characters but as long as you mind your business it's a great place if your just going there to sleep and be out all day!!!

Mattresses are disgusting! Woke up with bit marks. People screaming and banging on doors at 5:56am. Also woke up to having to give my information to a SH Detective because there was an incident there. I want my money back!!! This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

I actually loved everything for the price and location it's the best..been going there for the last 5 years and will continue, lady at the front desk, is appsolutly great as well as the cleaning guy. Cleanest it's been...just no wifi. Everything else great.
