Great hotel to stay and very close to gateway arch.
Great customer service.
Water in the bathroom sink is either too hot or too cold, not able to control.
Bathtub faucet doesn’t work.

the arch view
the price was way more than it said on the app, & the menu at the kitchen didn’t have many options

Staff at breakfast was incredibly friendly.
The hotel didn’t honor our request to have connecting rooms with our kids. We were told there were no connecting rooms at the hotel. However, our room had a connecting door that was paper thin and we could hear the people next door speak, snore and even listen to the morning alarm at 6:30AM for 15 minutes.
We called the front desk upon arrival for different rooms, but they wouldn’t entertain us.

The location was great! Our room was clean and spacious (king bed size). Our room was cleaned daily.
The road noise, even though we were on the 15th floor was pretty loud till 1am.

Very well managed and super comfortable rooms.
The pizza at the restaurant downstairs was mediocre. Also, valet parking was mandatory, which added $48 to the bill - a ripoff.

Very old and not too convenient. Self-parking is very tight. While staying, the self-parking was full and they closed the velvet. Took me 30 mins to find a spot. Room was very small and weird shape. Not coming back to this place. Having said so, this would be a good place for sports event stay. Also, staff were very good. Just doesn't have a good feeling about this place.

Mr Ali at the bar was professional, location was good
Restaurant food very poor, all other bar staff are not polite, and the rooms highway sides are noisy

The staff, accommodations, and proximity to attractions make this a great place to stay. The restaurants and bar were reasonably priced for the downtown area.

We really liked the view from the room and the convenience of being right next to the arch. It was clean.
Our room showed a sofa bed when booking but did not have one when we arrived (not sure if booking.com problem or hotel). However, it did seem like the hotel changed our reservation since the confirmation didn't have my original person count. We had 5 people and only 2 double beds, don't know how that was supposed to work out or be possible. We asked for a rollaway, which they did provide. It was supposed to be an extra fee but since it took them almost 2 hrs to bring up to our room (after 9 pm), they waived the fee. I also didn't like how bright it was at night to sleep. The curtains are not blackout ones and even if they were they didn't cover all windows so gaps would have let in light anyway. I also know it's the city, but it was very loud too. I was glad we had a sound machine to block most of it out. This is obviously a personal preference of ours and how we like to sleep.
I did not consider these things when wanting a great view. You have to sacrifice for the view and 2 large windows, might not be worth it in some cases. Parking was also a nightmare so we had to use valet....garage full and not walking downtown with luggage and kids on a Friday night. For one night we made it work, but all the added expenses and poor sleep environment for us made this a reason we wouldn't care to return.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to The Dome, room was clean with an excellent view of the Arch.
I can't think of anything.

Bedding had stains. Paid for parking at check in and was told i could use my room key to get out. In the morning the key did not work to get out and I had to pay more than $70 to leave the lot

I enjoyed the view of the Arch from our room. That was the only thing I enjoyed about this property.
The staff were short tempered.
The bed did not have a fitted sheet.
The tv remote / TV did not work.
The lightbulbs were very dim or did not work at all.
The parking garage was horrible and only meant for small and compact cars. Any kind of SUV was too large for the parking.
The rooms were also very small.

Lovely facility with great views. It's in a great location if you don't want to have a car during your visit. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Daily parking is a little pricey, but that's across the board with hotels right now.
The bed sheets could be comfier. We joked it was like sleeping in a windbreaker because of the noise they made.
My other family members staying in the hotel had different sheets, which was weird. So just beware the "swishy sheets". 😅

Loved the location and view.
Wasn’t clean and the staff was not helpful or responsive to concerns. Called representative as soon as we got checked in to let them know the bathroom was dirty and had mold (i’m allergic). We were told someone would come up to clean it, but know one ever showed up or reached back out.

Location with views of River and Arch
Service was poor. While in St. Louis the weather turned cold, and I did not have a suitable jacket with me. So, I ordered one from Amazon and it shipped overnight. I included my room number in the address. While I was in my business meetings, Amazon sent my phone a message that it arrived the next day, so I expected to find it in my room when I returned from my business meetings at 8 p.m. When I got to my room and the package was not there, I asked the front desk who told me I would have to pick it up in the in-hotel FedEx office the next day between 8:30 am and 5 pm. My business meetings started at 7 am and ended at 8 pm that day. At 7 a.m. I asked about the package at the front desk and was again told I could get it from FedEx at 8:30 a.m. So, because it was cold outside I missed an hour of my business to wait until FedEx opened. Yes, they had my package. Oh, and their contract with the hotel allowed them to charge me $12 for “handling”. When one stays at a first-class hotel one expects to have mail or packages brought to your room, or at the very least held at the front desk for you.
In addition, our room wasn't serviced on several of the 5 days I stayed. When they serviced, they merely changed the soap, made the bed, and changed the towels (not requested as I hung them up), but they did not vacuum the floor or clean anything.

Location to the Arch
The staff was rude and not helpful. Locked out of our room twice and stuck in the parking garage for 25 minutes. The staff was so awesome to let us know tgat the parking garage and hotel were separate and we were out of luck. 40 minutes late for wedding reception.

The room was great. The bed was great. The room was hard to find had to ask maid for help
The people at the lounge where very rude. Finally after we had to go ask for some service it still took them awhile to get over to us. She was to busy having a good time with the other employees. Then didn't bring me the right change. So I had to tell her how much she shorted me. Bad experience.

Felt unsafe. Had strange man calling my room from issue hotel at 2 am and staffs only suggestion was to “take the phone off the hook.” Had to insist security come check out the surroundings. Very scary and very disappointing
