Close to Pattis! Nice cool rooms! Decently clean.

Good location, quiet area and clean
Property is a little dated, there was no in room coffee and I couldn’t find any vending machines.

Not much I could like or enjoy it’s was disgusting only reason we stay was because it was so late and had already booked it for the night will not be staying here again.
2nd time staying and the first time was better this time we got a disgusting room that had trash left in the bathroom in the shower sticky stuff on the floors and a dirty shower wish I would’ve taken more pictures the one I did it is the sticky stuff that was all over the floor. I don’t know what it was and don’t want to know.

Easy check in. Staff was nice. Affordable.
When we got there the air was off. It was like 90 something outside. It was so hot in the room it was unbearable. We turned on the air and left for a few hours. Was still warm when we returned because the room was pretty big.

The toilet was behind the extra large bathroom door so it was a little awkward to get to.

There was nothing to like about my stay at this establishment in Grand Rivers, KY.
The mattresses were many years overdue for replacement - my bed was very lumpy. My sheets smelled "old". They didn't look or smell dirty but they felt dirty. I got no sleep
The mini fridge had the temperature adjustment dial ripped out of it, What you put in it just gets warmer.
The air conditioner wouldn't cool the room. The fan and compressor would run for 10 minutes and then the compressor would shut off. The fan would stay on but the room hadn't cooled yet.
The water was barely lukewarm.
The restaurant next door is closed. There are a couple of places a couple of miles away but they were very expensive and had a long wait. I had to make a nearly 20 round trip to get a decent meal
There was nothing good or pleasant about this stay.

Our room was huge and clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!
The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I would have given a great review if the bed would have been comfortable enough to get a decent nights sleep.

No hair dryer and no toiletries in the rooms. Had to go all the way to the front desk and ask for them. They should be IN THE ROOM. We packed none of these items, expecting them to be in the room as a courtesy. I have never stayed at a hotel/motel without these things.

Not stocked with any toiletries except a bar of soap. No blow dryer, or shampoo or any of the normal, typical toiletries that you would expect to find in a motel room.

Friendly staff, clean room
Door hard to open, no restaurant near by. Only had a microwave in room, no breakfast, no where close to ear other then a gas station.

Check-in was quick. The location was good.
The multiple cockroaches, both alive and dead, that were around the room.

Worth the price
Bed pillows were terrible and need replaced. A good sleep and cleanliness’s are most important and bed pillows are key factor

I thought this hotel was very nasty looked they the rooms where never cleaned there at all. Bugs all over the floors spiders all in the bathroom. Never would I have come to this place.
