Price was good. Beds were comfy. Bigger television with plenty of stations.
Bathroom was a little dirty (mold in the shower and something on the side of the sink). The waffle mix machine was super slow and no peanut butter for the breakfast…. I’ve never heard of a hotel saying, “No we don’t serve peanut butter here.”

Close to base friendly staff
My room smelled of cigarettes, personally i don’t mind, but if traveling with wife and children then it is issue

People were friendly and the room was clean. The bed was a little soft but I did sleep well after driving from SW Florida in one day. It was also very quiet on this Thursday night stay.

It was on our travel route.
They gave our prepaid booking to another guest after we contacted the hotel through the Booking.com messaging app to let them know that we were arriving late. We were stuck with a king bed and pull out couch for two adults and 3 teenagers. Will never book this hotel again. Nothing about this was a good experience, or even adequate. The manager emailed us with a claim he was giving a refund but it has now been over a week and nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

The suite was very nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was better the second day we were there then the first. First day things were over cooked.
We were by the ice machine and vending, but we had asked for an end room thinking it would be more quiet. We didn't think the vending and ice would be there. First night there was a Thur. and noisy, but we came back on Sunday night and not so much noise. There was a lot of arguing in the hallway on Thur. which the desk said they were aware of, but had done nothing about.

The staff was really nice!!
The room I booked wasn't available when I arrived. I booked a king size room. I received a room with two queen size beds.

Location was right off the interstate, so very convenient. Room was clean and bathroom large. Pet friendly and comfortable beds. Would recommend to friends and family.
Awakened several times in middle of night by other guests entering and leaving rooms nearby and noise coming from the rooms. Having a guide on the TV would help find what was on TV.

I didn’t know they charge 25 per dog PER NIGHT, which is steep.

decent location
BED BUGS. Rude, incompetent staff. The room was dirty when we arrived and we ended up finding live bed bugs on the wall. Not only did we have an issue with bed bugs, upon bringing it to the attention of the staff, they ended up calling the police and asking us to leave…accused of making a scene in the lobby, which is completely untrue. the GM on the phone was unprofessional and rude and said things like “I’m not going to come there and clean your personal car out”, “this is a big deal for me too because now I have to close that room and get pest control in there.” Me and my husband and our two kids (infant and a toddler) had to leave the hotel at midnight and drive 7 hours home through the night, stopping at a laundromat to try to treat any bug that may have hitched a ride in our luggage. I had to make a call to corporate to get my money back. THEN I was overcharged by someone at the hotel and had to contact cooperate again!

Value. Comfy beds. Location.
There was a party in the room next door on our 3rd night and a complaint was made by the guest across the hall and I. The guest across the hall had their charges dismissed for that night due to the inconvenience. I was hold there was nothing they could do since my room was booked through a 3rd party site, but they would take my number down and have a manager give me a call. Five days have past and I have yet to recieve a call or email. I mentioned that I travel this area a lot and I have stayed here multiple times. I would be willing to accept a voucher if possible, since I always book everything through Booking.com. , but no response.
